Make sure to claim your settlement if you bought them when it opens! https://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/lawsuit-news/862048-lenny-larrys-will-pay-5m-settle-complete-cookie-class-action/
They finally settled, lol. So we will be able to get our refunds soon.
Also, I think lenny and larry's nutrition info is still very wrong anyways because every single cookie I have has COMPLETELY different amount of cinnamon sugar. They are also always different sizes and weights (not the 2oz they say).
Example two different cookies...
In the last box I bought, the birthday cake was almost 1.5x the size of snickerdoodle.
Also... just a heads up for those who are very meticulous or have been troubleshooting where you are getting extra calories and eat these a lot.
I have been eating 2-3 a day for few months and put on a few lbs. I decided to start taking notice and weigh them, etc and sure enough I have been eating about 100-200 more calories than I thought. Not much, but over time it added up to 700-1400 a week, so in a few months, the math works out with the few lbs I gained.

Yes, I can bump the thread when the time comes!1 -
Okay last time I bump before it’s time I just am so surprised at how much they are allowed to vary the size. Completely different then other day and same box. Snickerdoodle was only 150 calories and bday cake was 240 weight wise (At least they balanced each other out lol). Has anyone else noticed this or only me because I’ve been eating so many ?)

These cookies are an occasional treat for me. I really like them! I particularly like the birthday cake and lemon poppyseed flavors. The large sized cookies are ~400 calories, so it's not uncommon for me to weigh half a cookie to eat. IIRC the large cookies are 8g of protein per serving of half a cookie, so 16g of protein for the large sized cookie.2 -

I mostly buy the smaller 2oz version because the 4oz is too big. Plus the 2oz seem to taste better to me. I love them... that is why I have been eating so many for the past few months haha!1 -

I can't say that I've noticed a taste difference in the different sizes. I usually buy a pack of them and they come in the large sizes, so I weigh them.
Good luck with your refund!0 -
So stupid. I get they made a mistake, but people are just money hungry....
There’s worse things going on in the world and people are filing lawsuits for a damn false nutritional reading or other errors they may have made. It’s seriously childish in my opinion for those who support ripping on this company and the lawsuit in general....such BS...23 -

Agreed but if I can get some free cookies as a long time loyal customer I will definitely be taking advantage !4 -
I still think they should make one-serving packages. Would make things easier and remove temptation.

I agree with this so much.... anyone that enjoys them they are all on sale now at publix.. I could never get into them. high calorie and not really much protein plus yeah who wants to just eat half a cookie? I'd rather make my own...4 -

Agreed. I'm pretty good with serving sizes, but seriously, if I'm eating a cookie, I'm eating the whole thing.
Which is precisely why I never bought Lenny and Larry. I'm not eating a 400 calorie packaged cookie.

That is why I only but the single serving ones!1 -
TINSTAAFC...there is no such thing as a free cookie3

They do make one serving sizes. But they list it as 2 servings. It’s dependent upon the consumer to control the amount they want...not the company to blame. That’s like me blaming a pen for misspelling a word...14 -

These class action suiters where a whole bunch of customers get small settlements or discounts make attorneys rich, seriously!pinggolfer96 wrote: »So stupid. I get they made a mistake, but people are just money hungry....

Don’t be fooled by your free cookies, we the consumers will pay for this settlement through increased prices over time. They have to get the money to pay they settlement and attorneys on both sides from selling cookies.5 -

Darn, I didn't think about that! You are right. I guess I figured they have plenty of money since they send out free samples all the time and are a big company. Their cookies have had a nice price drop in the past few years, and I'd like to keep it that way, so hope this doesn't affect prices .2 -
What a bizzare world we live in.4

I think that's the point??

Well yeah, they're cookies no matter what, but the idea is having something that offers more in nutritional value than a regular cookie. At least these are lower fat, lower sugar and contain some degree of protein. If I'm going to eat cookies, I'd prefer to eat these. To each their own though.4 -
March 19th is almost here! I wonder how long it will take to get a response to our claims.
