You should have a metabolism test done. They run about 45 bucks most places. MFP says my BMR is in the low 1400's - but the metabolism test says it's 1850 - 2200. Meaning I have to eat more than MFP says I should eat. If you're actually hungry - eat something healthy. If you just have the munchies like I get every evening…

There is nothing like that moment - congrats!~

Love this! You are fabulous :O)

Congrats! The key is to not get de-motivated (yes, I make up my own words :) when it slows down a little. It's normal to have a big chunk the first few weeks and then smaller losses later. Way to go!

^^^this^^^ eat some of those exercise calories back girl! Great job on your loss so far! Also - change it up, do something different - eat more one day and then back to normal the next
-
oatmeal definitely and almond milk/banana smoothies
-
Also, if you use the internet as a tool, pretty much every fast food restaurant has a website - find the healthy choices and stick with those if you forget your lunch one day
-
^^^^this^^^^ I LOVE the compleats. They are shelf stable until you nuke em for 90 seconds. Also lots of healthy snacks. Sandwiches, things like that

Yep - the shoes that my dog didn't eat are too big now, bought a new pair today actually. Kind of a pain, once you reach a certain age you don't expect to have to buy new shoes with your new clothes lol

Awesome job! That feels soooo amazing!
-
I use a little bit of italian panko bread crumbs and a pack of Lipton Onion Soup mix - salt and pepper, and those bad boys are ready to roll out and sooo good!

What a special NSV! Way to go!

LOL That is the best feeling - I had more fun shopping for new panties than anything else so far, I think.....of course, VS was having a panty raid sale at the time, and that might have had a little something to do with it lol
-
Congratulations! I know you must be feeling pretty awesome right now! :)

The only thing I noticed is your body fat %, body water %, and muscle % add up to more than 100%. Other than that, it's all just numbers to me. Congrats on your loss though, I did notice your weight is heading in the right direction lol

I have a snack every night after dinner. A doctor told me once, a calorie is a calorie is a calorie, it doesn't matter when you consume it. So I am taking that to heart. As long as I do my calories right for the day, who cares when I eat them? I'm still losing OK :O)

LOL Some grocery store employee popped up on like 6 different aisles trying to "help me find something" the other day ~ I am totally and completely in love with my honey but dam if that didn't make my morning anyway.

I have oatmeal made with almond milk and a little cinnamon and it seems to do pretty well. If I'm late going to lunch I can tell my breakfast went out, but if I go on time, I'm good until then. Keeping busy helps too

The more you move, the more you'll want to move. I promise :) Reformed couch potato here.... Will you sometimes have to drag yourself by the ear to go do it? Yes. Will you be glad you did afterwards? Every single time. Can you lose weight without exercise? Definitely. Is it sustainable? Maybe....for some people that are…

I am heavier, but a smaller size - whoda thunk it lol....Everything looks better but my belly. Stupid stretch marks ;) But I love my little brats and I (most days) think they were worth it

And this! I drink about 3 liters of water a day and it has done wonders with my skin and hair all around

cardio cardio cardio - also, I have found that Jergen's Firming lotion (or probably any good firming lotion) helps tighten everything up - it's the skin that needs help probably more than what's under it. We stretch ourselves all out for our babies and it makes our skin in that area yuck. I don't have a c-section scar, but…

I'm a one bite person - Take one bite, tell them it was delicious, and move on - I do this because I too am (gasp!) a food-pusher. I feed people. If someone comes to my house, and I have been cooking they are either gonna eat or get fussed LOL. I cook pretty healthy food BUT - it still hurts my feelings if someone won't…

Time to tell mom to either get with the program or she's going to have to only visit with her at your house. Tough love :)

Chunky lol
