I'm trying to go 99 to 150 carbs a day I recently had started this pescatarian diet As a veggie I ate about 200-300 carbs a day and I get so bloated which its so uncomfortable:( On a pescatarian low carb diet do you eat a lot of fish??? Since they're no carbs?
