    If you enter your information into MFP, it will generate a calorie goal for you.

    If you're a vegetarian who really loves veggies, you're gonna have a pretty easy time! You can eat a bunch of veggies for low calories.

    I only eat veggie only for dinner is that a good thing? And I usually have soup for lunch everyday

    For weight loss, it doesn't matter what you eat, only how much. But while eating veggies it's easier to stay within your calorie goal because you can eat a lot for fewer calories.

    Monterey - Baby Bella Mushrooms, 15 gram 4 0 0 1 3 0
    Tomato - on the Vine, 16 gram 3 1 0 0 1 0
    Philadelphia - Chive & Onion Cream Cheese 0.7 Tbsp. (31g) 28 1 2 1 53 0

    It is!!!! I usually will add scrambled egg for extra protein, but I had left over red skin potatoes and wanted to use those lol!
