I've been on it for almost two years because I get horrible migraines. When I first started taking it, my appetite did decrease, but it eventually leveled out. The only side effect that has remained is that carbonated drinks like soda taste horrible to me. I can't stand to drink them.

I had surgery for my deviated septum on April 4th. I just logged what I ate, even if it was just a popsicle or some saltines. After about a week, I was back to eating my normal diet.

I had mine originally set at 2 pounds a week, but I found that I'm not the most friendly person when I'm just eating 1200 calories a day. I've changed it to 1 pound a week and I'm a lot more pleasant.

Hi! I'm Christine. I started day 1 level 1 yesterday. I'm wanting to do the 30 Day Shred before I get my sinus surgery on April 4th. The doctor said I will have to take it easy for at least 3 weeks once that's done. I have lost 22 pounds since November and would like to lose 24 more.

My friend and I are starting this plan on Monday. We just finished Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I would love to join the group so I can have some more motivators. My friend doesn't use MFP, even though I've told her how great it is.
