Hey, so I have like a 150 day streak going that I'm v proud of... well I have to get my wisdom teeth out and if I'm sleeping I won't be logging anything in. So my Q is- if I log what I will be eating now for the next few days will it keep my streak going or will it not?

It won't I'm afraid. Your streak is based upon you logging in (even if you don't add foods or complete your diary).0

Your streak isn't based on logging food, it's based on logging into the website or app each day.0

StealthHealth is correct - that will not keep your streak.
However, are you planning on sleeping for more than 24 hours?! I don't understand why you can't log in?0 -

Aw so if I log the food today and then just open the app on other days it will keep it going?
Yes - as long as you have a data connection doing this will register your log-in and maintain your streak.0 -

I had a 2 year streak going and was unable to log in. It started over from the beginning.
I had oral surgery all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Went to work the next day.0 -
Just log in, come say hi, and lurk in the forums.
You can keep your streak up just by logging in once on your mobile app, if you have one. Just log in on the morning of the day you have oral surgery, in case you're too loopy to remember afterward. I was a mess after mine, I barely remember anything from that day haha.0 -

Not sure how wisdom teeth extractions are done where you are but I've never been loopy for 24 hours after having teeth removed.3 -
Anaesthetic affects people in different ways - I'm completely useless for a day or two even after a local anaesthetic, and a general one took several days to recover from!
I have the mobile app on my phone, and once I'm logged into that then it stays logged in and adds to my streak - the notifications pop up on my feed in the middle of the night while I'm sleeping.
Good luck with your surgery, OP, I hope you can eat solid food again soon!0 -
I am going on a 2 week cruise, but refuse to pay the ridiculous prices for the slow-as-snails internet on board. So I will lose my streak. Kind of peeved, but definitely a first world problem.0

You won't be sleeping all day. I was awake and hungry within 2 hours of mine.0

Also there's a tool where you can reset or request a streak change. I frequently like to reset my streak to zero, so I use it all the time.0

Same. Had surgery at 6pm and was at work at 6am the next morning. I wouldn't recommend that, of course, but I can't imagine not being coherent enough to log in.

I had surgery for my deviated septum on April 4th. I just logged what I ate, even if it was just a popsicle or some saltines. After about a week, I was back to eating my normal diet.0
