Staying within nutrient and calorie goals but when I looked at the macros I see that I need to balance everything better. Will work on this, try to plan my meals better

Logged food, water and exercise, stayed within goals! Did hard labor yard work for 3 1/2 hrs, cutting and moving wood around again today. Have probably 1 day left of this, will get done by next Monday. Tomorrow- hair and laundry

Stayed within nutrient and caloric goals, drank water and didn't walk but did chop and move wood on the hill of my yard, hard work but feels good to have done it! Yay! If no yard work, I will remember to walk tomorrow. One day at a time!! I can do anything for one day!

So, I'm back after a long absence. Was doing okay until 2 weeks ago and got way off track! Went to doctor and had lost 5 lbs, was sure I was going to have gained 5 lbs! Then I proceeded to sabotage myself and have been out of control! Not sure why I do this but now I'm back and jft will write everything down and stay…

So, I'm back! Went to my daughters for the week. Stayed within limits but did not log anything. Feels good to be back, much easier to track everything and good for keeping my determination !

Went for checkup with my doctor today. Lost 19lbs since I was there last Sept. Slow but sure wins the race(hokey, but true). One day at a time!

Just got home from the hospital with my husband. Had some complications but is okay now. Walked around the hospital for my cardio, stayed within calories but way over sodium! Well, I'm back! Have tried to stay on track and did well for all but 2 days. Have been staying within my calorie and nutrient goals and have been getting about 9000 steps per day, if not more. Have now had Three Thanksgiving dinners! Yikes! Have stayed within calorie goals for all 3 days. Did go over sugars and fats, boo! Did pretty good considering. Tomorrow; JFT watch ALL nutrient intake, log everything, walk more!

Thanks for the suggestions, bells may be good, I usually sing, that will scare anything away! I can also try walking in town. Great ideas! Videos are something I am having trouble doing, not sure why.
