Good morning all. i am aiming to lose 70-80. Add me if anyone like. i am making life changes that i can stick to and going 1 lb at a time. My main goal is not to lose weight but to become a healthier, happier person. Good luck to all.

Gianfranco, normally i will exercise for 40-60 mins. but there are some days when family plans do not allow for that much time. so i figure if i can get in a good 10-15 mins then i wont feel guilty. anything involving running or jumping is difficult for me, i have bad knees, the next day i can barely move them.

I have done some more reading. the lemon water can hurt the enamel on your teeth. honey does have some health benefits if you you get the right honey that came from the right bees that got the nector from the right trees or flowers. still might try the honey cinnamon drink as i like both.

I also keep a note book handy. if i am creating a recipe, i will jot down what i am using and record it later, or at work i keep a notebook handy because the website is not working right and does not show serving sizes when i try to add new foods, so i have to wait until i get home.

firead, you sound like me. I get exercise dvds from goodwill for $3 or less. My husband did by me a tv and dvd player last year for Christmas/anniversary gift. plus he has come across a treadmill and a gazelle that he got real cheap.

the evil dark chocolate.. lol... i am was on mfp a while ago. it really helped me when i could see the calories i was eating and burning. i have a new husband and a new family now, so i am hoping i can find the time to committ to my entries like i used to. i wish you the best of luck!!
