Another try!

Hello everyone!
I am back to this site, and plan to stick to it this time. Although I never lost terribly much with it, it was still the best thing for me to count calories. It leant restrict me, it made me it smaller, more humane portions, and my weight did go like a jojo.

I stopped because my forced me onto some other fad diets, and weird diets, and those broke the cal intake either way. I lost, but the second you cheated, you gained twice the weight.

So now I'm back here. Please befriend me and help me with what I can do to loose weight, help me stay motivated, and encourage me by either liking, commenting, and/or post on my wall.
