    I'd love some more friends. I lost 50 pounds a couple years ago, but then some health issues stalled my weight loss for a year. Luckily, I stayed right around the same weight lost, even though I didn't lose more. But, I'm trying to get back on track this year.

    I need friends too :) trying to shift a bit of weight, tone up and get fitter so trying to learn about having a better diet, different excercises, cutting out coffee and drinking more water and trying not to eat bread as much! Lot's of things to learn and change but one step at a time! Wanting to give up smoking as well :) add me!
