make sure you eat to lose fat. keep your protein high. invest in a bcaa if you're cutting calories
-
maybe its suggesting 995 net calories...like you ate 1200 and burned 300? idk
-
oooh I love this
-
I mean try it, and see what give you the most fat loss. For me, not eating back my calories makes me trim up fast. Usually people underestimate how many calories they eat a day, I know I probably do, so I don't eat back my deficit. It works for me. Try it for a week and see what your results are. Make sure you're eating…

YES. haha. It helps to not have it as an option until you're strong enough to resist. Im still not strong enough.

Try some guided meditation you can find some on YouTube. Sounds like the source of your binging is emotional. I went through this last year and mediation really helped bring down my roadblocks with food and binging.

I don't think that any working out is a waste of time. But if you've got 50 pounds to lose I would train the bigger muscle groups, like legs, to burn more calories in and out of the gym overall. Then when your at weight, you can see your abs better and start to fine tune to your own personal preference. You got this girl,…

^^^^^^yup. get your protein in. Really took the edge off for me.
-
In my experience, hitting the weights made the weight fall off faster. I trained moderately and lost a lot. Now I'm back on the same regimen and seeing a swift decrease in my body fat once again.
-
calories and I try to hit protein and not go over fat and carbs.
-
check out app eat this much, you can make it come up with a meal plan with recipes that will fit around settings like " 1500 cal day" or "under 100 g of carbs" or both..its pretty tight...
-
I love mine, it makes you more conscious. makes it fun to burn calories....etc. I don't think its a key to success but its awesome to keep track.
-
Yeah if it bugs you and you have the funds, get this^ I've heard great things
-
same. ^

eat some. track your calories, adjust diet for the rest of the day to break even, or go do some cardio... don't try to sacrifice to much or you'll binge when you have a bad day.
-
hi guys. add me
-
walk on your breaks. 2 15 breaks and 1 half hour- hour breaks, is great to get in cardio. or go to the gym at night. you leave work, have a protein shake ( protein powder, banana, almond milk, and almond butter---delicious) and then watch one episode of Grey's Anatomy and then you go lift weights, squat and lunges.
-
start the day off with protein shake (almond milk, ice, table spoon almond butter, cocoa powder and protein powder and a banana---*kitten* delicious) so you don't feel like you're starving....
-
you got this
-
If you're trying to lose 100 pounds and get into shape fast, start lifting, only eat complex carbs and avoid simple sugars...
-
but if you're hungry at the end of the day, after jogging, try adding more protein to each meal and cutting your carb portions and you wont feel like you need to eat the cals back after you burn them.
-
no deficit = no weight loss.....
-
I wouldn't eat them back...then your not creating a deficit to lose weight.
-
if you find that even though you are creating a deficit with calories and youre not losing enough, take a look at your macros. you could cut your carb intake to 70 ish... check out the app "eat this much" it creates a meal plan to fit a set calorie amount and macro values.
-
Girl, go to any weight loss clinic and have them calculate your BMR (Base Metabolic Rate ) and then create a deficit around 500 a day... so lets say your BMR is 1500 ( probably higher since you're really active) so BMR is 1500 you eat 1300 calories which = a -200 deficit and then you burn 300 calories at the gym... which…

im 20 pounds away from my goal.....im dying . stair sprints and under 50 carbs.. let me tell u it falls off. I gained all my weight when drinking and going out became a thing ... now trying to do damage control...
