Hi everybody, I'm Steve and I'm trying to lose 100 pounds. I'm down 23 pounds since Thanksgiving and the last week or so was the toughest since I started. Looking for friends to help keep me motivated. I've been pretty upbeat about the new diet through the holidays, but it got really tough a couple of weeks ago to stick with it. I'm back on track, but could use some support.

    If you're trying to lose 100 pounds and get into shape fast, start lifting, only eat complex carbs and avoid simple sugars...

    start the day off with protein shake (almond milk, ice, table spoon almond butter, cocoa powder and protein powder and a banana---*kitten* delicious) so you don't feel like you're starving....

    I've tried the protein shakes. They don't keep me full at all.
