Hey Chrissy B) <3
-
original omen- nanny suicide scene at his bday party....super creepy!!
-
i get freaked out by realistic, disturbing movies that can be interpreted as 'horror' like Elephant (it's about a high school shooting); Frozen (not the cartoon haha) and Open Water
-
blair witch is the only movie that really scared me....especially when their friend goes missing and they can hear him screaming for help late at night! that whole standing towards the wall while she kills another person first was really creepy too

Protein, gym, etc.
-
yeah but nothing compares to cardio at the gym where u're sweating bullets and look miserable...that's where all the magic is! :D
-
well...tbh, it's no where near as effective as jogging and of course running :D
-
at least learn how to spell it correctly..

LOSE****
-
U're so technical...i mean, there is no need to over think all this... just eat everything except watch the portions and exercise like cardio...and just lose weight, meet people and move on...

Extremely depressed. Didn't want to work full-time. Didn't want to socialize. Didn't want to date (it's not like anyone was interested either). I just wasn't comfortable at all. Things had to change...

too bad punching *someone* isn't on the list! :|

LOSING********

Not that this is an appropriate/favorable option for everyone; but maybe seeing a professional throughout your journey (even if it's once every few months) can really help...I was actually bordering 250lbs at my heaviest and really struggled with fluctuating weight gain/loss (that kept me feeling really stuck) because of a…

biscoff spread...tj's cookie butter...dark chocolate peanut butter...white chocolate pb...cinnamon raisin swirl pb-- ALL devoured with only a spoon :s
-
"We"--LOL.. I actually noticed a lot of Terrible ppl on here so far that i'd shut out in a heartbeat. "some" is more accurate.

I totally agree! Lost 70lbs (to reach a healthy bmi range for my height) and virtually no loose skin whatsoever (a bit of stretchiness underneath the belly button when pulled especially but nothing i'd look at twice)....I lost it in my mid-20's and quite fast too (which i don't recommend but I guess self-hatred can be…

I'm really sorry for your loss....I definitely think food can be self-medicating; especially when we're sad and hurt--which can be really bad for us in the long run. Definitely always surround yourself with positivity and continue taking care of your health through eating right (with a few cheat days thrown in) and…

Just Do It!
-
Of course...u've got nothing on me
-
Biscoff spread...ever try it? :#
-
Haha...I actually thought this was Amphetamine misspelled and was going to comment about how much Adderall helped me lose weight!
-
yes...and I love it! It justifies my continued weight loss ...guess i'm just a strange creature :p
-
^ I agree...I went from 250lbs to about 175 (rather quickly I may add)... i'm constantly hitting the low to mid 180's and going back down to the 170's again--when I should be aiming for the 150's...it's a real challenge for me...Maintaining is HARD, no DOUBT about it!
-
Yep.
-
Nah...not at all...Adderall XR definitely does!
-
Those do look really good...I haven't seen them around tho ...i love anything peanut butter-especially with banana... There's a company that sells protein drinks called EAS (it's all over-walmart, target, costco, etc.)...i get the dark chocolate (100 calories/no real sugar/15g protein) and blend it with peanut butter…

The pain/soreness I felt running/jogging in the 200's just reassured me that I was working hard to lose weight and on the right track. The more you continue to lose/keep up with running; the better it gets...it's still painful but it subsides over time
-
NOT.
