Were in the same boat. I 've had plenty of baaadddd weeks being on ww for a couple of yrs now !!! But have never given up. As people tell me --- Don't get discouraged ofa weight gain -- a small loss is better than a gain Don't give up !!

I'm dealing with the stress of taking care of a loved one in hospital --- I'm just trying to be more mindful about what to eat and what not to eat.... I'm just glad I have family to help out... I have been very blessed and have wonderful family calling to check on me. In case I do need anything.
