  • Hey, I am alive... and in Seattle! These last few days have been one crisis after the other, with our cat sitter getting covid and canceling and the travel requirements and work... Anyway. Now that we're here I can breathe, but I won't have a scale until Tuesday. I'm expecting lots of walking. Last weight was 183.

  • @jugar I only had the courage to weigh myself the once, so my weight is 181.6 until I look again next Sunday. Husband starts a new job that's WFH and I'm hoping the 2 hours of commuting that saves us every day will help me get more sleep and exercise.
