  • Saturday May 7 Pass day Still not 100% committed to this but trying my best, and to find what makes it 'easy' for me ... pre-planning, focus on nutrition, movement early in the day before I get sidetracked and reading all your inspiring posts is good way to start. Keep up the good work y'all

  • Hi all... Kay here, 61, retired, tagging along with you again this month. I seem to join late and drop out early but I keep trying! This is a great group and it is indeed a tough challenge. Wishing us all perseverance and success!!
  • TUESDAY APRIL 19 EXERCISE - YES - 20 MINUTES PILATES MAT WORK LOG ALL - NO - STARTED STRONG, SNACK AFTER DINNER NOT MEASURED OR RECORDED UNDER CALORIE LIMIT - NO - No good excuses.... just gave in to temptation.

  • Thank you @ideas2. I really appreciate your advice. Especially 'You might start by looking at why the pass days happened and what habits would have prevented them.' I know what I'm doing that's sabotaging my best intentions. Am going to work on better habits.
  • Saturday 4/16 Exercise - yes - 50 minute Pilates class, 10 minute walk with the dog Track all - no - started strong but didn't finish well Stay under - no - BUT didn't snack after dinner Working on better habits. Happy Easter 🐰🐣

  • I don't know what happened to my determination and motivation. I've had more pass days than not. This lazy girl needs to SNAP OUT OF IT and get back at what I need to do - and KNOW that I can - to preserve and improve my health and happiness. Yes, I have been lazy - it's a choice - Words of wisdom are welcome!

  • Happy Day! I'm here to try again! I've let too many things sidetrack me. I know I can stay on track if I focus. I have all the resources I need to be successful.   • Day - AM Weight - End of Day Comment 11/8 – 197.0 – Stayed focused and made good choices, over my calorie limit but tracked all 11/9 – 196.0 – Good choices up to the wine…. 11/10 – 196.2 – Good choices all day and then came the after dinner snack. Ugh. 11/11 – 196.2 – Just 128 over my calorie limit, didn’t get enough water…
  • November 12 RECORD ALL CALORIES – NO STAY UNDER LIMIT – ? EXERCISE 20 – YES! Worked my butt off cleaning and storing patio deco and furniture and gardening implements. Worked too hard too long and hurt my back. Was just coming off an injured knee and now this. Ugh. Deep breath, big sigh.... am moving forward not looking…
