@IsMollyReallyHungry Thank you! That’s a Great White Egret at one of the ponds in our subdivision. I love the wildlife here! Great Blue Heron, Kingfisher, coots, ducks, Canada Geese, Roadrunners, Black Crowned Night Heron, coyotes and owls!

I take measurements (cm) because they're less sensitive to salt intake. I have about 28kg to lose which is likely to take about 490 days, although apparently I've been trying to get to goal weight since Oct 2012 when I was last there.

    Round 179 86.5 down to 86.2

8th 11 days in a row of eating under maintenance
    108.5 103.5 107.5 62.5 50.5 60.0 48.5 108.5 106.5 109.0

@threewins That is a lot of measuring to do every day! I am going out on a limb here with this question (pardon the pun) but have you shared with us what you are measuring? And why some times the numbers are bold? I am not being creepy, but feel free to ignore me, tell me it's none of my business or saw the limb off.

P.S. I am not looking to match up numbers to parts. You can mix up the answer and leave something out. I am thinking about using measuring for myself.

A bolded number is where I have lost 0.5 cm. As for where I'm measuring, it's areas where there's a lot of fat, since that is going to change when I lose weight.
