  • I reckon you just go about your day as planned and let him deal with his own consequences. It's not your job to cover for him.
  • It's awful if you throw an old box out, the bag splits and it spills down three flights of stairs -_- I personally didn't like the taste too much.

  • I'm also going to give up all take-out and fast food. On the occasions where I do binge, these tend to be what I choose.   • I tend to just eat when I'm hungry, when my body actually REQUIRES food. So, this usually means that I just eat once a day. It's difficult at first and requires willpower so as to not lead to binge eating, but I find that it's quite beneficial to my weight loss.
  • I think as long as they are not actively trying to persuade another to become anorexic or giving tips, then leave them be. Worry about them, sure, but getting them banned/deleted etc. could have a serious negative impact on their lives and massively affect their future potential for recovery.

  • I didn't have regular monthly periods until I was 21, prior to that I had about 4... in total. I lost them again in about April, but this was also a few months after I got the implant. There's no other issues, so they say it's the implant that's doing it to me.
  • Haha, I don't think I have ever once laughed out loud whilst reading the forums here... until this! My cat likes to try to give me nose kisses when I'm doing push-ups or planks... very distracting. On another note, I do Pilates most days to keep my core in check =)
