If you like mushrooms, try roasted portabella caps. I slice and season them, and roast them in the oven. Pretty low calorie and they are very hearty and filling.

First I must say, great work on the weight loss... very inspiring! But what honestly stood out to me even more than your huge loss is how your smile changed in each progress pic... you look SO happy in your last photos, and that's exactly how I hope I feel at the end of this as well.

We're not close to planting season yet (located in Wisconsin) but I am SOO looking forward it! We will be planting tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, bell peppers and jalapeno peppers (these are my fave).

If the pill is making you sick, you may want to look into the copper IUD, Paragard. I got mine in October of last year. I love Pirate's Booty. They are crunchy, salty, cheesy puffs (white... not orange like cheetohs). I get a big box of individual size bags at Costso ($5 for 36 bags) and each bag is only 60 calories! Yum. I'm eating them right now LOL

Chop and freeze 4 cups of berries, then throw them in the food processor with 1 container of greek yogurt, the juice of half a lemon, and honey if you like it. Ta da.... strawberry sorbet... better than ice cream!

I haven't tried rainbow, but Steelhead trout is my new absolute fave. We get about a 1lb filet, brush it with 2TB melted butter + dill + salt, then squeeze half a lemon over the entire thing. Danon light n fit greek yogurts have a very reasonable amount of sugar (7g in vanilla) with a variety of amazing flavors - probably less sugar than you're getting from PB or honey. Just a thought!
