I get a ton of recipes off of Pinterest and http://www.bodyrock.tv/category/diet-and-nutrition/ I love the fitness tools and workout challenges they post along with all the yummy healthy food ideas!! The portobello mushroom pizza is one of my favorites to make.

I take 1 cheat day a week, I make it the same day every week. I eat what ever I want but in moderation. and I take the day off from exercising that day to, then I go right back at it for the next 6 days.

My husband is a big believer of eating your f and v's, we're actually doing a 3 day fast of just f and v's (no animal products) which I'm finding kinda hard b/c I love my meat, but I'm trying my hardest to stick to it. so far so good.

Thanks for sharing! My friend used to do The Makers Diet, but she felt that there were some things in the book that she didn't agree with. I'll def. share the title of this book with her and I just might have to get it for myself too. :)

I'm going to buy the Polor FT4 when I get paid next. I know you can by it at target but it's around $80, so if you can buy it online for around $60 I'd do that.
