I used it as a guide mostly I tried sticking to it for a few weeks but Im not good at that, I mostly just use MFP to track my calories, fat, carbs, etc... I pretty much eat the same thing everyday , but Im a creature of habit

Thanks P90x is a home workout advertised on TV pretty heavily....www.P90x.com or www.beachbody.com

that was one of the things I was most happiest with, the health benefits. I made a forum post here with all the numbers a little while back after we had a screening at work, I felt so great because I was always scared of what my cholesterol would be and also scared of blood sugar because I am high risk for diabetes

The Jenni O ones are great all I add is black pepper, Mrs. Dash steak seasoning and sometimes a little light salt, juiciness is never an issue. I cook mine in the oven

all I use really is muscle milk for protein, a little expensive but the only one I have found that has no lactose
-
Awesome congratulations on finishing, are you gonna go another round?
-
I didnt know just how many calories I was really eating everyday until I plugged in a typical day for me and had it right there in my face: 4500 calories before even having dinner!! I wondered how I got to almost 280 lbs , MFP opened my eyes and made it where I couldnt hide from it

I follow the nutrition plan somewhat but not as closely as I should, I found it hard to keep up with it personally. I use it as mostly a guideline. These results are pretty old, these are day 60 of round 2, I am on my third phase of round 3 now and should be done on about the 28th of april I think, so new pics are coming…
-

Happy Anniversary!! and congrats on your success, my 1 year anniversary here is coming up on the 25th, MFP is awesome, I was just like you I thought I would only lose a few pounds then gain most back initially but I didnt and now Im down over 78lbs!! Congrats to you again!!!
-
Welcome to MFP you have picked a wonderful site, it has helped me drop over 78 lbs! Everyone is so positive and helpful here. I too am from Alabama (Huntsville), good luck with the challenge!
-
wow what a jerk, he was just jealous of the attention you were getting from the ladies!!
-
I was about 92 lbs overweight according to the bmi scale, and I was exactly the same way, I never thought it looked like I was losing but other people noticed, we are many times too hard on ourselves, my advice is dont worry about it and just keep working hard toward your goal and you can get there, 1 year ago I weighed…
