So I want to make turkey burgers..and I bought turkey patties from trader joe's. But ALL of the recipes say to combine egg and breadcrumbs and such before making patties...so if its already made should I just marinate the patties in sauce to make them juicier?

I slather mine in Jack Daniels grill sauce and throw them on the george forman then top with low fat swiss cheese. Yummy!!!0

I use Jennie-O and I throw them right in the frying pan or whatever you use to cook them. Maybe sprinkle some mrs dash or pepper on them. Nothing fancy schmancy.0

If they are pre-made patties, I would just cook them as is. As long as you don't over cook them, they should be moist and juicy.0

grill them then add a little bbq at the end0

The Jenni O ones are great all I add is black pepper, Mrs. Dash steak seasoning and sometimes a little light salt, juiciness is never an issue. I cook mine in the oven0

that sounds yummy0
