These are excellent tips, sugar always has been my vice. The fiber vs. Sugar thing is something I knew about but never think about so thanks for reminding me about that! I also work 3rd shift at home depot and battle with sleep constantly so I feel your pain there

Yes that are as long as they dont go too far and start looking like men. My wife is getting muscular and I love it, I tell her just to not get carried away with it. Its not sexy anymore whwn you start looking like a man.Just look at women like Angela Bassett, Jillian Michaels, Chalene Johnson, and countless others

Awsome job, I had lots of periods during my first couple rounds of P90x that I wansnt losing much weight but I noticed my waist was shrinking and my muscles were growing and it felt awesome!! Keep it up you look great!!

I have had a few people that I havent seen in awhile not recognize me at first. Walking is great it and MFP is how I dropped the first 31 lbs. I would go for a walk in the morning or I would walk during my lunch break at work
