    Well, 94.4 lbs... LOL

    Here is a comparison shot of me before my lifestyle change and one of me today. I have been following the Rosedale Diet by Ron Rosedale, taking my usual karate/kickboxing, and I am on day 67 of my first round of p90x. I have to say that since starting p90x my weight loss on the scale has stalled somewhat, but I am definitely losing inches and tightening up.

    Stick with it everybody... We can do this!

    Awsome job, I had lots of periods during my first couple rounds of P90x that I wansnt losing much weight but I noticed my waist was shrinking and my muscles were growing and it felt awesome!! Keep it up you look great!!
