    1400 calories with turbofire but i am at 5'0"

    How many calories did you burn daily? I think you may have netted your calories below your BMR but you seemed to do brilliantly.

    Awesome job!! you look great, beachbody programs are awesome my wife and I have done p90x together, she has also done Turbofire and has purchased Insanity!! Congrats on all your success!!
    just wanted to share my latest progress:) started in jan with slim in 6, then power 90, and now have 10 days left of turbofire:) 65lbs gone. feel free to add me
