That happens to me all the time!

This is what happened to me. It was so bizarre to me, with the first one. I'd never had an issue with high BP before. Mine started going up before I even knew I was pregnant yet. I remarked to my husband how weird it was. I was on partial bedrest by four months, and full bedrest by six months. I gained a hundred pounds on…

I've done that before, too. Congrats on making your way back!
-
That sounds really challenging!
-
Is it fun @curvymegan89? I've heard it's fun.
-
That's a LOT of students!
-
Also have PCOS here. Even though it made me gain a hundred pounds in just over a year, my least favorite part is the lady beard. :'( Oh the glamour.
-
What are boat drinks? I'm insatiably curious lol
-
Thanks. I was a little concerned. Although, in retrospect, I think maybe I asked before, or even saw her post. After half a dozen children, my mind isn't as good as it once was lol
-
I didn't see this until now @MeLanceUppercut I don't work in a basement lol. But sometimes I feel like it. I'm a professional writer and I have an office, but I always keep the blinds closed because it creates a weird reflection on my screen when I'm writing. Obviously, you can tell where my priorities are haha.

I didn't think she did, I figured I just missed it, which I did. My attendance comes and goes. I wasn't trying to castigate anyone. I just didn't know.
-
I'm actually not sure what happened to her. She was here the last time I came by earlier this year, but by the time I came back from all the summer activities, she seemed to be gone. @skinnyjeanzbound do you know?
-
I can't even imagine @KATRENAJ I would a hot mess. I'm so glad you're bouncing back.
-
@MermaidPrincessRach I'm not a good swimmer either, and I don't really like water. But I developed this bizarre allergy to my own sweat and the only way I can work out is in the pool. So I just walk in it, or do some of my own exercises. When I was in So Cal a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the ocean is really a good…

The worst around here is the spring. It's really very windy here in New Mexico and it's especially windy when the seasons change. The absolute windiest time of year is spring, so it's like you can't even go outside. :o
-
I have just terrible allergies, so I also end up miserable during certain seasons, including summer. Luckily I don't have much incidences of asthma anymore. I used to when I was a kid and young adult.
-
@pinkstarberry me either! It went so quickly. Really the whole summer did.

I didn't see your original post, but I'm a great lover of romances too! In fact, among other genres I'm a romantic suspense author. Nothing is more relaxing than a good book. I'm an emotional eater, too. But only if I'm depressed. If I'm super stressed, I can't eat at all. But if I'm depressed, all bets are off. Bored…

People have been really chatty the past few days! It turns out I actually lost four pounds on my week and a half road trip despite my anxiety, so at least there's that!
-
Just got back from a 9 day road trip across the west coast. It was kind of a nightmare lol. I'm very happy to be home. I feel like I didn't eat too badly, but I'm too scared to check lol

@mickey2942 I remember years ago I read someone saying if you dropped your phone on the ground, you wouldn't pick it up and throw it in the trash because you dropped it. So doing the same with food is just as ridiculous. It had a big impact on me when I read that, because I realized I did that all the time.
-
Thanks! It was a huge pain in my butt.

Thursday Truth. I'm a professional writer and I was about to miss an EXTENSION on a deadline, which was really due April 1, on July 1, so I've spent the last month writing like twelve hours a day. I ate nothing but fast food for almost every meal for nearly a whole month. Oddly, I only gained three pounds with all that,…
-
Yes, if only I were in Alaska, instead of New Mexico!
-
I hate being fat in summer. That is all. :s
-
Wow, hard times but congrats on the loss for it!

@pinkstarberry we spend a lot of time either in China or dealing with China and there's always things I think are so freaking cute, and I won't approach them at all, because they're just not meant for overweight people. Korean and Japanese fashions too. The height of fashionable, but not for me. I buy it for my daughters…
-
I can't remember my collarbones @pinkstarberry lol
-
Well, I've been trying to train him not to call people fat, because Chinese people have no insult filter. They'll just say anything. So I've spent the last two years telling them it's rude to say people are ugly, stupid, or fat, which they'll happy throw out to complete strangers. I have convinced them to stop spitting and…
