  • i like salsa chicken you just bake it with a little spices and salsa and if you want cheese on top verry yummy or you could do chicken parmesean
  • just a thought but you muscles get food and nuritioshment from your blood not from the storage around each individual muscle and the blood stream get it from all over and delevers it to the muscle in need just a thought but it sounds good

  • well if you eat your callories then yes they give you a number that is below you bmr and that means just sitting you burn x amount so if you eat healthy you will loose but it will be slower than when you exercize

  • well techneckly yes anything you eat counts but you should try to do it the ballanced way and get some of the other countings in like fiber and fat if you go at it in a ballenced way youll be fuller longer and have more to eat you get alot more veggies for 1900 callories than soda and you are not hungry as long
