What size exercise ball for a desk chair?

Hey potpies!

So, my back's been getting stiff on me. I am a student and have to study a lot. I do take breaks, but not quite as much as I should, and I admit that my posture isn't great. I'm really interested in replacing my desk chair with an exercise ball--to encourage me to fix my posture and to take more breaks, and just to have the thing to stretch with.

I'm 5'4", and my desk is 30".

What size ball should I get?

    with the ball fully inflated your knees should bend at 90 degrese and so should your hips go to a therapy place and they can tell you exactally and you can probally buy one from them
