  • I alway eat a can of tuna once a day for a snack. Its 100 calories a can, 200g's of protein and 0g's of carbs...... Then I eat a protein bar (not sure of the carbs in it). Protein Shakes are the way to go though if u need extra protein. I drink one of those a day 2

  • I found not eating or drinking 2 hours before best works best for me. Also limit your carbs as the day progresses. It becomes harder to preocess foods later in the day especially carbs
  • I'll b honest with you there is no "ab diet". Getting visible abs is all about a low body fat percentage... your last 12 lbs might not yeild abs due to body fat %. I'm aiming for another 10 lbs to lose but I don't think it'll bring me abs yet. Limit your carbs and fat and you'll b fine. Good Luck
