I have been drinking the shakes off an on for a year, just for breakfast. This last month I was more diligent and I am down 9 lbs!

simply season with salt and pepper and pan fry. THE BEST way! sometimes I do a light dusting of bread crumbs with some lemon dill seasoning.

On the mornings I am running late I have a protien shake. Usually around 7:30, and it keeps me full until about 10... just in time for a mid morning snack.

I had gained some weight, and had logged it. I went back in and readjusted my goals and my calories changed. It did not change automatically. I might suggest going in and adjusting your settings, especially if your lifestyle has changed.

My Husband and I tried this http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/05/lighter-baked-macaroni-and-cheese.html this week. It was REALLY GOOD. We put broccoli in instead of spinach. It is still a little heavy, so does need to be eaten in moderation, but pair it with a salad and you are good to go! Happy Eating!

What motivates you to keep going? Using whatever that is, base goals/rewards on that. Looks like you are just about at 10 lbs lost, how about when you reach your milestone of 10 lbs lost treat yourself to a night out with friends/bf/spouse/partner, whatever. Go bowling, or minigolfing or somewhere where you really enjoy.…

Why don't you put the recipe into your recipes? That way you can put in the number of servings and log 1 serving of the recipe. Plus, if you do that, if you make it again you don't have to go through the process of logging every single item again, you can just log the recipe again.

My Calorie Goal is at 1600... and I have a sedentary lifestyle! What was your goal weight to lose a week? Is it higher than the recommended 1-2/week?

Protien Protien Protien (higher in cal, but will keep you fuller longer) Chicken, eggs, fish, nuts. Raw Veggies are low cal, so you can eat more!!
