I have lost 22lbs so far in one year. I have 16lbs to go and cannot seem to get into the mindset to shift it. I am on 1300 cals NET and workout 4 times per week for 1 hour as well as New Rules of Lifting For Women 3 times per week and I have not lost or gained a pound since August 2011 eeek!
Can I have some motivational hints and tips from you guys as I have lost my mojo! xx:sad:

Maybe your body has gotten used to your diet and your exercise regime.
Have you tried switching things up a little bit?
I read some great info in another section yesterday about plateaus, why they happen and how to get out of it. I think it was in the weightloss help section (I'm sure I'm calling it the wrong thing)
But it talks about increasing your calories a little bit.0 -

You've had 35 years to stuff your face, give or take a year...don't know how long you breast fed your mama..so if you give yourself 35 more years of healthy eating you MAY live long enough to change your name to something less offensive to God ...good luck.
