It stopped raining! I dont care if its 100% humidity. I can run outside! 3.2 miles in mugginess smiling 8/1- 2 miles with core class 8/2- circuit training class 8/3- rest 8/4 3.2 miles

Went to spin class with a friend. Exercise so much better with friend when you motivation lagging. Calories no- just over. Shared ice cream with my daughter. She was delighted to not eat alone. Worth it. Tracked yes

Exercised and tracked but over on calories. However, I noticed because I am really holding myself accountable for tracking this month my " over on kcal" is not as monumental as my mind makes it. Today is a new day, baby steps will eventually get you the same place.

I went on a cruise and focused on protein, veggies and fruits. I splurged on desserts but only on ones I really wanted or I just had fresh fruit. HUGE NSV for me!
