  • Pick up a copy of New Rules of Lifting for Women, its like 10 dollars from amazon and will keep you going for months and months. Also you can try stronglifts.com that is a free online program, and I think there is one called starting strength that may be free online as well.

  • Just FYI I eat at maintence and follow NROWL4W and I have lost a couple of pounds but dropped bodyfat%. I dont think you will need to drop below maintence to continue shedding bodyfat if you are lifting heavy.   • You said the book puts you at 2200 then subtract 300-400 would put you at 1700. That is where you stay.....if you are following the books calculation you should not be eating back exercise calories.
