On the average you should only take off five pounds a month. That is if you don't want to do the yoyo thing. Are you drinking the amount of water that you should? Are you working out like you should. This is one thing that I'm bad about doing.

It is very difficult to have a flat tummy once they've cut into the muscle. You can get flatter, but it's just difficult to get rid of the whole thing. But if you ever do I want to know about it. lol I have the same problem.

eight glasses a day and sometimes more. Just depends on the day. You can do it. I've never heard about drinking a gallon though. Silly question on my part, but how many times do you have to make a trip to the bathroom when you do that? lol

I have to watch my carbs to. I just look at what I'm planning on eating and add the carbs. I try not to go over 60 carbs per meal. I usually don't. It's not easy sometimes. IF you come up with anything good let me know. I'm looking as well.

I do! I eat the instant kind that you put in the microwave. You can add water or a little milk. I add water and it taste just fine.

I have a cheat day and it's usually Friday, if not Saturday. I don't over due it though, but I will have something that I probably shouldn't. I'm still losing the weight.

You did fine and don't skip meals. It's important to eat three meals a day. It will jump start your metabolism if you eat breakfest. :smile:

It does sound like you need a break, but I wouldn't make it to long. Everytime I get into a routine and stop for even a day or two it's so easy for me to get out of that habit. I think you should at least try 1500 cal. per day. You would be amazed at how much food you can have on 1500 cal. If you're working out that should help as well. I totally agree with you. I to sometimes have problems with eating at night. Love the popcorn. But going to bed hungry just keeps me awake until I get out of bed and get into the fridge.
