  • Did this as a Father's Day present for my then fiance a couple years back. He wanted to paste them all on the inside of our closet for easy access! LOL Oh and Congrats on the loss and the courage to go through with it. It was quite an intimidating experience, at least for me.

  • My doc "prescribed" an elliptical and walking for me as well. Walking a zero incline. I'm hard headed though and still do workout DVDs, I just modify the moves and listen to my body's signal that I should not do a particular move again.
