  • I usally just make some Jasmine rice in mine. I have found that any other rices other than white dont cook so well in the rice cooker. I usally cook up some rice and then make a stir fry out of it. or take lettus rappers and put a thin layer of rice and then veggies or chicken ect and roll it up
  • I just made a veggie stew with small white beans, tons of veggies. When I get home I am going to blend them all together as the chunky veggies began to weird me out LOL. I keep telling myself Beans are good for you and green beans dont count!

  • I have been at my plateau for about three weeks now. :( I dont eat alot of salt or the TOM has gone and past so I dont think that it is that anymore. I eat about four mini meals but no more than that because I am usally not very hungry to start with. I am still gonna work at it but I am getting frustrated.

  • Hi Guys, I ended up having the Sizzling Chicken meal. Same Parmesean Crusted Chicken meat is used but you get two slices. I ate one chicken and then maybe two or three bites of the pasta with tomatoes on it. No sause it was pretty filling. Though the Sodium was through the roof for a full meal! I was surprised

  • I tried the Poppy seed dressing once. I had twisted the cap as I was trying to get the plastic ring off. Well i got the ring off but then I didnt realize that the cap was off so when I shook the dressing it went right into my face! It was tasty though LOL

  • @cdavis 1126 We dont have trader Joes around here in Fla. I think the closest one is in GA. We do have whole foods and I do shop there but I still dont get the frozen meals. We affectionatly call Whole Foods, Whole Paychecks because of the expense but some things are worth it.

  • Your body does need a break, howver I think that if you excerses in the morning lets say 6:30 - 7:30 and then excercise in the evening you should be fine. I would also attempt to spice up the routine as your body is gonna get used to it quickly. All honestly only you will know what is best for you! Keep it up!
