cereal bars, rice cookies, fruits (apple, banana)

I rinse everything canned: green beans, lentils, tuna. It shows in the taste and definitely in the sodium intake :)
-
I only crave for sweets, so I made a big bowl of diet jelly (strawberry) and I ate as much as I wanted ;)

What I see is that you are eating under your Daily Goals and not eating your exercise calories back. That might be one of the reasons of your plateau. You need to shake your metabolism. Change your exercises as well as your body gets used to them and manages the burning more efficiently ;)

Thank you so much Curlyclo! Actually my "guided" goals were a little above (100 calories), but now with your explanation I found out my real goal to reach 1lb per week :)
-
Great work Sayne! Keep up the good work :) Could you share your diary please? I set up the same goal but I don't seem to accomplish it since in my first week I lost almost nothing...

Great post Gerald :) It makes me want to keep on going!

Have you lost 3 kg in 3 weeks? That a lot...! Let your body adjust and start eating more. 1200 is the minimum to stay alive therefore your body is saving energies. Why is that? You could help your friends to see how you magnificently lost those 23 lbs! :D

*Calorie cycling provides same amount of calories per week, but 'tricks' your body by constantly changing daily calories. This helps to prevent or break plateaus :)

The Weight Loss Plateau Over time our bodies adapt to the lowered calorie level. Our body becomes more efficient at using energy (lowered metabolism), and therefore burns less fat. My BMR is 1469 cal / day, I don't know if that is low because my nutritional goal is 1,340 calories/day (not that much of a gap like yours)

After execise please make sure to not eat right away, because it is probable you'll eat more than you need Regain your energy with water and some fruit (banana, apple), it will bring your body back to normality. You can have a nice light dinner at night :)
-

Hi Madrock! Actually that pic is my goal, I had 10 kg less than now :) (and few year less as well! ) Actually my sedentary lifestyle is my main problem: sitting behind a computer 24/7 = half for work and half for fun = need to change my sedentary ways asap!
