I did it for 30 days straight--didn't take any before/after pics, sorry. Week 1 I did level 1 Week 2-2 Week 3-3 and on week 4 I did the entire work out daily for the full length

It's easy for me to come up with good and valid reasons why I can't go to the gym---working late, traffic blah blah...not so easy for me to come up with an excuse why I can't pop P90X or Jillian Michaels in!

I generally have a hard time meeting my calories, especially when you throw in some physical activity. If I utilize nuts in my salads or as a snack, it certainly helps out. Lane Bryant recently developed a partnership with Reeboc and they have some nice sports bra for large chested women--even if you're smaller but still have large breast this is a good option

I noticed results within a week just in how my clothes were fitting. Please keep at it--find what works for you. I generally will eat leftovers from dinner or just get a salad. I always pre-plan but of course there are times when I just can't do that. I also like soup for lunch. I read something before that says eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner.

I always get the organic red lentils in bulk for 1.19 a pound as well as the quinoa. Black lentils are good too, they are closer to 3.39 a pound

I haven't tried any creams or lotions but have noticed as I've started to lose and tone more, it seems to be trying to get back to the same color as the rest of my body

My biggest reward I'm hoping will be more of an interpersonal one--being able to walk with MUCH confidence and not wonder how I'm looking in a certain outfit. Also, do confidently do yoga on the beach preferably in Hawaii at 5 in the morning w/ an extreme amount of vigor
