I certainly hear your frustration because I would kill to be in the mid-low 100's right now. But no one is required to be happy with their body just because some people have it worse. There are people who weigh more than 600 pounds who can't even get out of bed and that doesn't stop me from being unhappy at 223 pounds, you…

Jared Padalecki. Jensen Ackles. Misha Collins. aka all the guys on Supernatural.

My #1 diet tip is to not listen to 90% of the diet tips you hear, to be quite honest. Every body is different. What works for one person might stall the progress of another. It's all about finding out what works for you. This is a change your making and sustaining for life, so you have time to try different things and see…

208 sticks of butter. What an awesome and also gross visual.

My first 'real' kiss was in 8th grade. I had been dating a girl for 3 months and we were very nervous about showing any kind of affection (not every student/teacher/parent was particularly accepting of our relationship) but we went to winter formal together and danced together. Right before my mom picked me up, I leaned…

I'd date a guy shorter than me because, even though I'd prefer taller, I can still be attracted to someone enough based on other things (like what you mentioned) enough to not care about height. I think a few inches is a very silly thing to let an amazing guy go for, but I suppose it will be your loss.

(PS. No it doesn't.)

I started at the same weight and have lost 42. Your progress is very impressive and inspiring! Congratulations!

I hate it when people mock those with eating disorders. I know some of the posts they make seem ridiculous, but they have a disease, they hate themselves, and they're truly suffering. There is a difference between discouraging their behavior and flat out making fun of them. :/
-
I thought this thread would be filled with posts saying they would give it to starving children who have no body fat but nope, just a lot of people who hate their thin friends and sisters or people with eating disorders. Well if we're going THAT route, I guess I'd give it to Ann Coulter because she desperately needs it.…

I wouldn't really agree with that. I went on a two hour walk with a friend wearing my HRM and burned over 800 calories, but I was holding a conversation almost the entire time and kept my heart rate in the target zone.

I think it's fine to count it but it's easy to overestimate the calories burned doing little things like that. And if you're eating back your exercise calories it's probably a bad idea. I don't count any of those things because really, it's not exercise. Those are just the little things we need to do everyday. Unless I'm…

I'm 5'6'', started at 275lbs and was in a size 22. I'm now 233lbs and fit into a pair of 16W last night. :)

These girls have eating disorders. I'm less shocked and more sad for them because I've been there and it sucks. And they probably are malnourished or possibly dead. Or at least very unhealthy from the constant abuse on their bodies between binging, purging, and restricting. :(

When my compulsive overeating began I was living in an abused women's shelter with my mom. I was barely 13. And they had like, TONS of food all the time from the food bank. In the basement they had just stacks and stacks of food. It was insane. One night I stayed up later than everyone else and ate two packages of coffee…

Yup, this. I'm not stupid, I don't think a few slices of pizza are going to really change my weight. But usually for me, a few slices of pizza goes deeper than "I was just hungry and indulged myself" - it's usually because I can't handle something and I'm eating my feelings and one bad meal turns into one bad day and I…

I've only lost a fourth of the weight I need to lose but that's 40 pounds and I really don't feel thinner. I know that I've dropped sizes but it's like I'm always trying to convince myself that I look the same and those sizes fit me the same. I'm definitely happier with myself but that's because I'm working towards a goal,…

2 eggs with a piece of cheese made with 2% milk and either a slice of light wheat toast or pre-cooked small slices of bacon or a cup of honey bunches of oats with fat free milk or a cinnamon raisin bagel thin with fresh fruit or small pieces of pre-cooked bacon :)

I have LARPed in the past but I'm shy so it was only with a close group of friends and it wasn't fantasy so much as our own random made up characters for fun. I have cosplayed though and have a lot of friends who go to conventions to do so. :)

When I really need to get some more calories in I like to eat peanut butter on wheat toast and almonds. And definitely don't worry about going over on protein. I do every day. :)

My ultimate goal is 150 pounds. You're so not alone! Feel free to add me :)

Nice Jensen gif ;)

I'm very overweight and had the same issue. But I got on everyday and after two weeks I could stay on for 30 minutes instead of 5. As long as you don't give up it will get easier and easier.

I got all three doses of it. I had no side effects but it did hurt a lot initially. More than a usual shot. It felt kind of like I'd been punched in the arm. But it's worth it, in my opinion, to lessen your risk of getting cancer. The worst side effect I ever heard of someone I personally know getting was a little nausea.…

Jared Padalecki. Or Misha Collins. Or Jensen Ackles. Or all three at the same time. They can be brother husbands or something.

...you aren't afraid to buy clothes that are a little too snug because you know they won't be for long. ...you can look at pictures of yourself that once really upset you because you know they'll make great before pictures. ...you realize that the satisfaction you get from binging is absolute misery compared to the…
