Too true! One of my discoveries as I got into this (but I've been slacking off lately). Eggs have choline which works great to hold appetite down! + lots of protein!

you could see if hoodia works for you...it's a lot safer and does supress appetite for some people. might be psychsomatic, but worked for me in the beginning trying to kill the munchies before bed...now I don't need it

Makes me fearful for my daughters...bad behavior by men, involving them if I'm around, will probably get me locked up someday...hopefully not. They are more sheltered than I was growing up, but very capable and strong. My brother is a therapist who has seen too many young woman date-raped in college. It really disgusts me.

If you can afford a trainer, found it helps a bunch. I was bored wiith typical exercise and found working out at a gym with free weights and non-standard equipment like ship ropes and sledge hammers on truck tires was a lot of fun. Trainer who pushes you takes everything up a level.

Thanks...btw, I spend 90 percent of my day doing writing and research and can't stand typos...should be "5 pounds" in the title, but I guess everyone gets it...and who said eating had nothing to do with the stress of attempting perfection. I need a life!
