Right now I'm 143 with 24% BF, my goal is 115 and 15% BF, totally achievable

I use Body Fortress from WalMart or you can find it at Walgreen's.. Tastes good and you can usually find coupons on line

I agree with everyone else, free weights are much better for you and that's what I do everyday is use dumb bells, no machines for me. Push the weight and reps to exhaustion then add more weight and so on.

Totally not worth the money, I tried it about a year ago, you're better off just eating right and exercising

Nope, unfortunately boobs are fat, you will lose some when you lose weight, but if you light weights you'll gain some muscle back underneath them and they will look better

I have one 1st thing in the morning, before I work out. They say to have one after your work out too but I don't as I eat dinner shortly after my work out.

I just did Warrior Dash in April, Mud N Guts is scheduled for October then Spartan in Feb 2013, good luck. I had so much fun at Warrior Dash, thinking of doing Tuff Mudder too

I have a personal trainer 4 days a week, try bench presses with weights or with the bar, that'll help. You can do dips too that'll work the arms as well

I'll be 43 in Jun, no kids, never married either

I am on 1200 calories a day, protein shake for breakfast, some yogurt as a snack around 1000. Tuna salad at lunch, fish or chicken, black beans and broccoli for dinner. Protein shake before my work out and casein shake before bed. I hit 1204 pretty much everyday. Hope that helps.

I do strength training 4 days a week and boot camp the other 2. I started adding weight training about 2 months ago

I'm 4' 11, started at 168 and a size 16, down to 143 now, I can wear a size 10 dress and actually bought 2 pairs of pants that are a 6.
