Ladies weight lifting

I don't belong to a gym or anything. I have a treadmill that I use 4-5 days a week. I also carry 5 pound weights when i'm on the treadmill. (I have 8 pounds as well.) My question is I would like to tone up my arms some. What can I do around the house or what can I use to do this with? Any ideas please!
