Did L1 Lower Body....Pauline cracks me up! Plan for tonight L1 Upper Body, 50 burpees for an MFP challenge, already completed 4 mi dog walk and plan to walk tonight as well! My new mantra...FOCUS ON FITNESS and the weight will come off.... :)

JAB I don't want to burn out on Jillian so I do diff Cardio Dvds too! Follow circuit program to a T & auctually feel as doing more Cardio as I can mix it up! :)

You can also add your own exercise: I search for JMBR Its not there, so on the bottom it says add an exercise I add it & most discs I have seen people & myself (wearing my own HRM) have been 200-250 cal per 30 mins. If you dont have a HRM I would just put in 200 cals & what disc.

Great post Matt! These are both advanced exercise programs so a beginner will have to modify a lot of the moves but will still get results. I recommend Insanity before P90x especially since all the exercises are body weight & for a small space. I recommend even more for a beginner Biggest Loser Dvds or Jillian Michael's…

Jillians Body Revolution disk 2...on my 2nd week of 12! I can do this! Also my hubby & I & our dog have a 7 mi hike scheduled for the 1st :)

Now that I look at it...lol Its really complicated & a lot of cooking :) Decided to tracking using MFP daily & plan weekly dinners ahead every Sun for the week since that's my problem!!

IMO JMBR builds up slower..I am only in phase 1 but can do all the exercises and I have done some Insanity workouts & have had to modify esp pushups! But whatever you to stick with it & you will get results :)

I would do as much as you can & follow the modifications she gives for beginners. And keep going through the system but if you get to a Dvd that is super tough I would repeat the week before again before moving on as not to get discouraged.
