i'm too paranoid about food poisoning to eat raw eggs. At least the carton stuff is pasteurized.

Absolutely fantastic- you also look at least 5 years younger!

5'10 and totally in! Size 10.5 shoe (do they think people with big feet have NO TASTE in shoes???), size 10 pants. Dislike. But i DO love the extra calories i'm allowed...
-
This. Especially at the grocery store. Are you planning on loading your things into the hood of your car? What's the point??

I do a ton of cardio daily for the sole purpose of eating a lot of dessert at night. I was also happy at the fact that my sister, who hovers around a size 4, gained a noticeable amount of weight the last year (ok so it was maybe 8lbs but because she's so skinny I noticed it)

Hot mama! Fantastic!!

People who treat customer service employees like crap

I'm 5'10" and right now am hovering around 158 or so. I got down to 147 and was told i was getting "too thin" (i disagreed). My "happy weight" is around 155 because i think at that weight i can still fit into size 8s, but i don't have to kill myself to maintain.

Exercise definitely made me more hungry as well. I try to make my calories "count" and eat high protein, sometimes high fat foods that satiate for longer. Definitely makes me think twice about snacking on things like chips that keep me satisfied for all of 4 seconds
-
Agree with everyone else- just move on and don't let it derail you! We all have had binges we regret. It happens!
-
I eat back about 75% of them or so... unless i'm starving that day for whatever reason- then all of them get eaten
-
I HATE the "don't lose any more weight- you'll look skeletal" comment. I'm 5'9" and i was roughly 148lbs. My mom dropped that one on me. Wtf- I'm not exactly fading away!!
-
It also depends on how full your freezer was when the power died. If it was stuffed, it keeps longer
-
Yea, I got that from my mom and sister at my lowest, 147ish and 5'9". I was hardly wasting away, or remotely close to it. They kept insisting I was "too thin." Hardly. Just ignore and move on!

the recipe sounds delish but i LOOOOOOOVE me some PB. I could eat an entire jar with a spoon, no problem. Damn i wish i had the calorie allotment to do that....

Tasmania, Australia. I live on the east coast of the US so this was quite a hike

My moments involved a fancy, expensive dress that I had purchased previously that no longer fit, and photos from the wedding I had originally intended wearing that dress to- and looking bad in the cheap new dress I had to buy. I was so pissed at myself for letting it get that far. Well, I still can't wear the fancy,…

I hear ya- I'm in school part time, I have an internship three days a week, and I work the other two days a week and sometimes at night after the internship and on the weekends. I work out early in the AM (5am) and find that's the best way to do it. It's certainly not for everyone, but it gets the exercise out of the way…

Personally, I could eat a gallon of those liquid egg whites and still be hungry. It's like eating air! A whole egg definitely does more for me in terms of satiety. But that's just me- some people don't like the taste of the yolk or just prefer whites. I wouldn't get too wrapped up in the cholesterol concern though.

I drunkenly ate an entire can of frosting after going out one night when i was in college. I'm still amazed i didn't get sick after. I would also regularly put away the majority of half gallons of ice cream. I know there were plenty of other "fat" moments that I can't recall with specificity....

medically- probably...absent any smallpox or other outbreaks impacting my health. However as a woman, I certainly would not have been able to attend law school (or, I guess back then it would be an apprenticeship) so my skills would be rather limited. So would I have survived? Probably..... but would i WANT to go back…

Wow- absolutely amazing! What an inspiration. Congratulations on your fantastic progress! You look great!

I personally have never "gotten used to" getting up so damn early. Every morning at 4:42am I would love to hit snooze for 2 more hours, but at this point it's just force of habit that gets my butt out of bed. Also because I know I don't want to save my workout for after work since I'm always tired and feeling lazy by the…

I graze throughout the day, but by the time dinner rolls around i'll usually have eaten 2 hard boiled eggs, 2oz of reduced fat cheese, a quest bar and some cherry tomatoes or other type of veggie

i LOVE me some lifting. Start small- as small as necessary! You don't need to start out using heavy weights. Build your way up. You're also not alone in terms of being intimidated by the dudes in the weights section. Many people (men and women) are. They're more concerned with checking themselves out so just focus on you!

I'm training for a century bike ride and yep- i feel your pain! I am REALLY hungry what feels like all the time, but i didnt want to gain weight while training, if at all possible. I found foods that satiate for longer and I have tried to eat more of those types of foods as opposed to foods I know keep me satisfied for 20…

I'm 29, no kids and will be married soon- though I have NO burning desire whatsoever to rush into having kids. It will probably happen one day, but for now i'm loving childless life.
-
I'm ALWAYS hungry. I can't imagine many meals that would keep me full for 4+ hours that's 'reasonable' calorie-wise. I have found a few things that do satiate for longer (hard boiled eggs, reduced fat cheese, quest bars), but I usually eat at least every 1-2 hours. People who are satiated for "hours" eating egg whites???…

Um love this hahahahaha

must have been one big *kitten* bowl of cereal- either that or your daily intake is REALLY low! My breakfast is usually about 400 calories, which is 1/5 of my daily intake (i eat back my exercise cals)
