night time eating. I'll be awesome during the day but i'll just nosh at night. It hasn't been too detrimental to my weight maintenance but i know it's an issue. So really, the biggest obstacle is me haha

it's what gets my through my morning workouts - it's my favorite meal of the day! Usually 25%

Fruit is great but i find it's very little "bang" for its caloric buck. It keeps me full for about 4 seconds. I could eat some grapes for 70 calories, or i could eat an ounce of cheese which satisfies for way longer. Not saying cut out all fruit of course, but perhaps change up your eating to include more satiating foods?

Trader Joe's better 'n peanut butter. Better than pb my *kitten*.

If i'm doing a long run (10-12 miles) i find that if i can't hydrate, it impacts the run itself and i feel crappy afterwards, even when i re-hydrate. So i feel you on needing to hydrate during a run. As i think someone mentioned, I bought one of those running belts that has two small water bottles on it. It's just enough…

The bloating is definitely due to sodium. Chinese food is chock full of it! I try to drink tons of water when i eat it and the day after.

You ROCK lady!!!! Fantastic and inspiring progress!!

every Thurs in the AM after the gym but before showering etc. Except TOM week. It keeps me on track without making me freak out about daily weight fluctuations

3/4c rolled oats, 2/3 serving cashew butter, 1/2c almond milk, 1 c water, 4tbs egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla extract. SO DAMN GOOD

I feel your pain, trust me. Three years into my career as an attorney- I can't STAND it. It just straight up blows. I had a brief period where I thought of other careers I was interested in and other degrees I could pursue (I didn't totally dismiss the idea of more school, but was not happy about it) including…

Man that is lucky. I'm 5'9" and some change, and at my highest weight of 185ish I was wearing 14s that JUST fit. I probably could have worn a 16. I'm 150 or so now and am an 8

I get to the gym at 5am. I'd be lying if i said i loved it, but what I do love is getting it out of the way and having my evenings free. Getting up that early really blows though

Exercise just makes me hungrier. I still do it as much as I can, but that's one negative aspect about it and it creates the need for more discipline (at least for me). I have also found that certain foods that others say satiate them just don't do it for me. Like greek yogurt. I love the stuff and it has a ton of protein,…

Yep, I hear ya! I would love to lose 5 more pounds but since losing weight (and lowering my daily caloric needs along with the weight loss), scraping those last few pounds off are rough. I put my loss on hiatus and have been hovering in maintenance for about 6 months but i would still love to lose that little bit.…

Hello! 5'9", 29, and weighed 185 or thereabouts in high school. I also didn't work out so little of that was muscle. I'm currently about 150-152lbs and was told that if i lost more, I'd look 'skeletal.' Not sure if I agree with that, but it sounds like we have similar body types. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE mfp! The calorie…

I ate almost all of the icing off of a quarter sheet cake at my last birthday. I think i grossed out my mother in law but whatever. SO worth all those calories!!!!

Those shiritake noodles. The texture made me want to hurl.

My fiance and I spend a TON on groceries....though I love to cook so we rarely go out to eat and we both religiously bring lunch to work. I tell myself that somehow makes it better. But we usually spend at least $150 a week...easy. Especially during the summer when there's a ton of delicious summer fruit available.

Absolutely wonderful! I love your story. You truly are an inspiration to all! Keep up the AMAZING work!!

yea somehow i never have an issue eating more... i'm like a damn bottomless pit! I wouldn't mind being totally satiated for hours and hours after eating even a big *kitten* meal

I LOVE a guy with dimples... and nice sculpted shoulders and nice calves. I'm not a fan of chicken legs.

I used to put sugar in my coffee, but over time I grew to like my coffee black and now anything sweet in it tastes absolutely awful. I'm not sure that would be the case for everyone, but maybe even decreasing the amount of sugar over time or, as others have suggested, swap out sugar for stevia/splenda?

Yea, i eat roughly 2000 cals per day and i still get hungry. I chew gum and drink tea, and will also snack on chopped up veggies. Veggies are pretty low cal and sometimes provide just enough to tide me over until my next meal/planned snack.

It was a pain in the *kitten* at first, though after some time it just became second nature. Sure, there are days where i don't log (special occasions or holidays) but generally i try to log everything. it's amazing how i STILL underestimate what i eat when i don't log everything. It's really easy to forget little things…

I love the flatbread. I make pizza with it all the time. It crisps up really nicely. The bread is better toasted (a bit squishy and spongey otherwise) but i like their products.

I hate that ad. And i hate that wendy chick. Do you ever notice that there has never been an ad with her actually seen taking a bite of any of the food she's hawking? It was pointed out to me like a year ago and I STILL have never seen her actually eat anything!

Um you are freaking awesome and an inspiration. That is all.
