I live in Eagan. Just getting back into running. I have a love/hate relationship with it.

I still drink my coffee, but changed the coffee that I drink. I drink and sell Organo Gold coffee. It half the caffeine most caffeinated coffee's have and health benefits. Message me if you want to know more. I love this coffee and only have one cup a day.

Could be the exercising twice a day. Causes stress on the body and water retention. Not only that, but when you build muscle you will find your weight will not come off as quickly as muscle weighs more but is more compact and takes less space. I have started again today. I have done WW in the past and it does work; but like you, can't afford it right now. Counting calories really is not that bad and I love this site. Add me if you would like for encouragement.

Would love to, but a bit of a cold baby and March is still iffy on weather. Plan to do some running to get geared up for the summer though. Did my first 1/2 at the monster dash last year and a 10K at the women rock. Plan to do another race or two this summer.
