    Ok people of MFP, I think I over did it when I signed up for all 3 challenges. I must withdrawal from the daily workout routine and only go with the arm and plank challenges. OMG, I really over did it yesterday. I am thinking the daily routine is for advanced ppl, lol but at least I tried I guess.

    Day 4 plank and daily workout challenge completed. I did arms today as I am going to a work conference later this month and I may miss a day or 2.

    Life got a bit busy these past 3 months. I did a 2 months internship as 'go-fetch-girl' at a hospital and usually averaged 15k steps per day (meaning I was so dead by the end of my shift that I just managed to drag my sorry *kitten* home, take a shower, eat something and then go to sleep). I also developed some stomach issues and I'm fighting against pain/nausea. So except for walking, there's not much exercise I can do right that doesn't cause me nausea/pain. It sucks! I'm waiting on the appointment for the gastroscopy. I should know next week when that will be.

    If all goes well and my stomach issues resolve, I should be back on track with my fitness goals starting October (well, I'll probably need to start quite a few levels below where I was, but that's life :wink: )

    Good to hear from you. Sad that you're having these issues. Welcome to the club, my Vegus Nerve is still causing me all kinds of problems, but I'm determined to push forward & certainly not regress. In this one area of my life, I am in control - everything else is falling apart, but I can decide what goes in my mouth!

    We certainly miss you & I'm sending positive light & energy to you for complete healing. Hope to see you BEFORE October! May you & your doctors find exactly what your body needs. Take care <3
