I'm in for planks. My wrists have been really sore lately so unfortunately the pressure on them from the push-ups and dips leaves me out of the complete arm challenge. I will hopefully be able to do the bicep curl/punches and change the dips to some other tricep exercise that puts less pressure on my wrists.1

Day 2 Did sit ups and legs, will do arms and some sqats later. Took a 22 min walk earlier.2

I signed up for all 3 challenges and let me tell you the daily workout routine is kicking my butt. I haven't exercised in months and my body is letting me know how lazy I got. But I'm not giving up just doing it in sections.
Finally I completed all 3 challenges took me bout all day to do it but I got it done.
Day 1&2 Arms, Day 1&2 planks, and daily workout for Saturday! And I even squeezed in a 20 min DDP yoga video.6 -
