i weighed in yesterday at 191.. i went up 2 pounds =[[ but after i saw that it knocked me into getting back on track lol im sooo sore from working out yesterday!!

i would be starting the 30 day shred again today. ive started it so many times before and just got so busy, but now that i have a pretty stable schedule, i would like to start again and hopefully make it through the full 30 days :smile:

i dont remember if i posted last week or not :blushing: but heres what i have -- started, week 10 - 191 week 11 - 190 week 12 - 189 wow, i think im doing something right.. it usually does the other way around lol

ive been falling so behind since ive startedu new job!!:sad: but i am still shredding on my days off and if i have a short shift i am standin up and walking around constantly at my new job and my feet and legs get so sore i dont feel like doing anything else but lay down when i get home

been a busy week for me.. just got done with day 4 only =/ i start working tomorrow for the first time since my baby has been born [7months] so ill see how tomorrow goes and ill figure out when i can sqeeze in the shred.

ive only just completed day 3. ive been visiting my dad for the last few days and havent had time :grumble: but i found some today. had to do without weights since i left them at home. ill be here for another day or two so ill try to find time to do the shred then also.

i am going to do it today, just like for a warm upo or something for tomorrow lol since i wont have my baby with me for the next few hours. i probably wont get alone time like this again for a while, so taking advantage of it while i can! :smile:

i would like to join. i would do it for a week, then stop for several weeks lol im hoping this will help me stick to it. i'll also be starting a job soon so i may have a harder time trying to fit it in, but i'll do my best :glasses:

im just starting all over again. a couple weeks ago ive visiting my family alot(about 3 hrs away) so i been losing the habbit of getting on here since then, but now im getting back on track and hope to do better this time round :smile:

i actually used to read while on the treadmill if i was going at a slow pace but usually just on the bike, but at that speed?? :noway: noway! lol
