Ive also gained about 15 pounds since ive started working and need to lose 30 pounds. im 5'2 and 22yrold. i thought this was interesting seeing that today i have also started (again) 30ds and c25k. i really need motivation to stick to my goals!

CW: 170.2 down 4.6 from my last weight in. did not get to weigh in last week since i went out of state. very happy about this though:)

i am down 2.6 from last week :] i did have a 1 lb gain last week so down 1.6 without the gain. 2/4 - 184.6 2/11 - 185.6 2/18 - 183.0

day after last weigh in i went a little crazy and went up to 191.6 but today im at 187.2 :]] but from the actual weigh in im down only .5 lol. TOM came this week and yesterday caught the flu... so im happy with my loss. took all my energy to get out of bed and post lol.

187.7 - same as last week. ive only done two small workouts this past week. but i have been watching what i eat more carefully so this week i will work on getting back into a workout routine:]

i stayed the same this week. i wasnt watching what i ate at all and only worked out 3 times. i know ill do better this week.

i have one day to burn 1602 =/ i can burn 800 fairly easy so i will get close but there is always next week.:smile: this is still more than i have been doing so it is also a good start.

thank you! =] but sadly for this week i went out of town to see some family and wasnt able to weigh in until today.. i went up a pound. well at least its only one right? lol
