    Okay so I am exactly the same this week as I was last week. I'll take it! I was sick and didn't eat right and I didn't exercise much.

    1.2 loss, happy to FINALLY have lost 20.4 pounds...it has been a long road to get there but I am hoping eating my exercise calories is what helped me last week, we will try it again and see if that is key for my body. If I focus on my sodium I can keepit around 1500 which is a good spot for me plus I also increased my protein. Keep working hard snowflakes!!!!

    I have been worried about water weight gain this week as I have been having lots of muscle pain and cramping... Anyway I am down .6, and I will take it!

    I am really happy with this.
    I am also really surprised by this.

    I have been trying really hard to improve my runs, both in speed and in distance. It has not been easy on my body; I am really feeling it in my joints and in physical fatigue... Also I find that I am SUPER hungry all the time... eating the right things when this happens is exceptionally challenging. I have been eating a lot of almonds and that seems to be helping a little. But I still feel my diet is the area that needs the most attention. I'm really not sure I'm eating ENOUGH or enough of the right things. Anyway... very excited to be closing in on the 40lbs for the challenge- right now I am at 33.2 lost so I feel it is certainly in reach! Congrats to all- It looks like everyone is still plugging away at it!! :flowerforyou:

    Hey! My last weight was really 179.5!! I've lost 3 lbs this week!! I've been having my good days, but they're mixed in with a lot of not so good days.

    Down 1.8! I keep losing and gaining the same two pounds so I can't even be excited about it. I just hope that I can get over this hump. I keep getting to it, now I have to get over it!
